The cashless service is completely free. All festival-goers can pick up their FME Cashless Bracelet at the physical box office located at Hub Desjardins (37, 7e rue).
All festival-goers can pick up their FME chip wristbands at the physical box office located at Hub Desjardins (37, 7e rue) by presenting their passport or individual ticket. These same wristbands are equipped with a chip on which you can recharge a cash amount. When creating your Cashless account, you will be asked for the code located on the back of your FME bracelet.
You have several options for topping up your account:
Through the Cashless area of the mobile app or festival website, or at any official FME kiosk.
In this case, you can perform an authentication operation via the application or the recharging station to remotely block your bracelet.
If you haven’t used all your credit during the festival, you can request a refund of the balance from your online account. Refund requests are open from Monday, September 2 at 6:00 am to Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 11:59 pm. After this date, the money will be reinvested in the festival to maintain the wide range of free concerts offered by the FME.

Creating an account is not compulsory for individual ticket holders, but is recommended in order to take full advantage of the dematerialized payment service.
To make a payment, simply present your bracelet to the kiosk volunteer and the transaction will be completed in seconds. You can check your available credit before each order, and view your transaction history on your online account.
